York Ramblers host a series of five-mile walks on Thursdays throughout May, all starting at 7pm. The walks are suitable for all.
The first is on Thursday, starting from Wass village hall, then on May 9 from The Dawnay Arms in Newton-on-Ouse; May 16, from Coxwold village hall car park; and May 23, meeting in Bulmer opposite the former post office.
Details of further evening and daytime walks through June and July can be found on yorkramblers.org.uk.
A poster listing all walks is on display in York Explore and in Easingwold Tourist Information Office.
