Biker hurt in crash
A MOTORCYCLIST was injured in a collision with a car at the junction of The Mount and Scarcroft Road, in York, at 2.45 pm yesterday.
Police said the biker was left lying on the ground but conscious after the acccident.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service said it took a patient to hospital but could not give details of the injuries suffered.
