A CYCLING pensioner suffered a broken leg after a crash near Selby's toll bridge.
The collision, involving a blue Ford Fiesta driven by a 24-year-old woman from Whitley and the 66-year-old rider of the bike, happened at 2pm on Wednesday in Ousegate.
The cyclist, who is from Barlby, was taken to York Hospital and is in a stable condition, while the Fiesta's driver and her passenger was not injured. Anybody who witnessed the crash should phone Pc Kevin Keenan at Selby Police on 101 or email kevin.keenan@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
