STONEBOW House is an eyesore; does anybody like it?
Your report of January says it’s not listed. I was led to believe that it had Grade-II status because of the architect, Basil Spence, who also designed part of the University of Edinburgh.
I disagree with Alison Sinclair, as Stonebow House adds nothing to the medieval street and, in her own words, is not well built.
Anything is better than what is there.
