A YORK family who invented their own board game are holding a launch night for it to raise money for Martin House Children’s Hospice.
The Sellars family, from Acomb, have developed Quadblox, a sequencing and pattern forming game which helps people with learning difficulties join in family activities.
A launch night will be held on Wednesday, January 29, at 7.30pm, and will give people chance to try the game out for themselves.
It will take place at the Severus Social Club in Milner Street, Acomb. Entry will cost £1 for adults, and there will be a raffle. Proceeds will go to the Martin House Good Night’s Sleep appeal.
