CITY of York Athletics Club star Richard Buck was part of a record-breaking Great Britain and Northern Ireland 4x400 metres relay quartet in Glasgow.
Buck teamed up with Luke Lennon-Ford, Conrad Williams and Nigel Levine at the Sainsbury's Glasgow International Match, running the second leg as they clocked a stadium record of three minutes 6.27 seconds.
The relay success was one of 13 wins for British athletes at the Emirates Arena in a curtain raiser to the indoor season.
In the unique match, GB & NI took on the USA, a Commonwealth Select team and a Scottish Select team.
Despite the relay win, GB & NI finished on 59 points, three behind the victorious Commonwealth Select side.
The USA finished third with 53 points, with Scotland fourth on 40 points.
