Wind farm decision delay
EAST Riding of Yorkshire Council says it is still waiting for Secretary of State Eric Pickles to decide on a planning appeal for a wind farm.
The authority says the application for nine turbines at Thornholme Fields, Burton Agnes later changed to six – was originally submitted in August 2011.
