A former student at Selby High School has just had a book published telling of her 48 years travelling the world supporting Leeds United.
Heidi Haigh, 58, daughter of Helga Glesiner, who lives in Carlton, first became interested in football while she was at school in the 1960s.
Years later, she still stands on the terraces having travelled home and away, and also abroad to follow Leeds.
Her most cherished memory is of her visit to Wembley in 1972 to see Leeds beat Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
Heidi, a mum to four, now lives in Halifax and works as a clerical assistant at a secondary school.
The book is entitled Follow Me & Leeds United and has a foreword by Leeds legend Eddie Gray.
