A PEDESTRIAN was injured in a collision in Harrogate.
The 64-year-old man was walking in Cornwall Road, near the Pump Rooms, at about 7.30am on Monday, when he was struck by a car. The man suffered cuts to his face and grazes to his arms.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said the driver stopped after the collision and briefly spoke with the pedestrian, but left the scene without leaving his details.
The car was described as either blue or black, and the driver was white, in his fifties and stocky.
