Late show from leaders Thorpe United U15
IN-FORM Thorpe United Under-15s were 2-0 winners at home to Ossett Town in division one of the Garforth Junior Football League.
The league leaders scored a goal towards the end of each half to beat a dogged Town team.
Lewis Griffiths, Jordan Emery and Shaun Heselwood combined to release Richard Buckthorpe and he opened the scoring with a measured finish.
Corey Littlefield intercepted a clearance to make it 2-0 late on in the second period.
The man of the match was Ben Clowes.
