A FORMER captain of Selby Golf Club has raised £7,066 for the NSPCC.
Joe Huddlestone raised the cash during his year in office, which ended in December 2013, with various events he organised, including a captain’s weekend in the summer.
“I am grateful to all the members and guests who supported the various events and offer them my sincere thanks,” said Joe when he presented the cheque last week.
