DO other computer illiterates feel, as I do, that charities and others miss out on contributions, financial or otherwise, because we do not go online, email and the like?
Quite often I would respond to such appeals if there was a phone number or address. I feel we are missing out by not being up to date with technology.
Yet again the abuse of Twitter and the rest has its advantages, as we cannot read what people think of us or our opinions. Please do not just rely on emails, online, etc, for support.
