Where’s the logic?
AS City of York Council prepares to use a ‘spy’ camera car supposedly to target people who park near schools and cause a hazard for the children, it is ironic that this same council has refused a request for a school crossing patrol near a school in Bishopthorpe because “the road is too dangerous”.
Surely that’s the point?
