TWO people were arrested and a man was injured in the face in a group disturbance in Selby.
A police helicopter had to be called in to help trace a car believed to have been involved in the trouble, which happened in Johnson Street at about 12.45am on Sunday.
The group had fled when police cars arrived. Two men, aged 18 and 22, were later arrested. The 18-year-old was released without further action and the 22-year-old remains in custody for questioning, North Yorkshire Police said.
The injured man did not need hospital treatment.
