RESIDENTS from across York are invited to attend Tour de France information sessions on the following days:

• Wednesday March 12, 6-7.30pm at Bell Farm Social Hall, Roche Avenue

• Thursday, April 10, from 5:30pm at the Rowntree Park Reading Café.

In addition, three Residents’ Forums in wards with opportunities to celebrate the race going directly through their communities will have information on the Tour de France:

• Wednesday, March 12, from 6.30pm at Carr Junior School, Ostman Road (Acomb ward)

• Thursday, March 13, from 6.30pm at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs’ School, Hamilton Drive (Holgate ward)

• Monday, March 17, from 6pm at the Ebor Stand, York Racecourse (Micklegate ward)

• Thursday, April 3, from 7pm at Fountains Lecture Theatre, York St John University (Guildhall ward)

• Wednesday, March 26, 6.30pm drop in; 7.00pm main meeting at Poppleton Methodist Church Hall, Upper Poppleton (Rural West York ward).
