UKIP meeting in York
CANDIDATES to be Euro MPs for UKIP will attend a free public meeting in York later this month ahead of May’s European elections.
It will be held at the York Hilton at 7pm on March 24, with speakers including prospective MEPs Jane Collins, Amjad Bashir and Mike Hookem and the party’s energy spokesman Roger Helmer.
A question-and-answer session will be held afterwards. Mrs Collins said: “We are expecting a great turnout.”
