HUGH BAYLEY MP (The Press, March 12) has given a good, comprehensive, description of the present situation in the Ukraine.
However, there is no obvious solution that can be offered by Britain or any other country.
The last paragraph of the article describes the state the Ukraine and its undemocratic regime. Whoever is governing, it will be difficult to find which of the different factions to deal with, especially when nearly half the country is in favour of a Russian administration.
At present there is not full agreement throughout Ukraine for application to be accepted as a member of the EU.
