Nearly 50 new jobs will be created by a new £1.4 million pub in Knaresborough.
Superpub chain JD Wetherspoon is eyeing up a site in the town's High Street which is already licensed premises.
Customers will benefit from cut-price drinks at The Crown Inn, which will open on April 1, said the company.
Bosses say 40-45 jobs will created by the development on the site of an existing former pub.
A company spokesman said: "The pub will serve food all day from breakfast (around 8am) to around 11pm "Jobs are being recruited locally - primarily bar and kitchen staff. Managers will be recruited from existing Wetherspoon pub."
The company said further details of the scheme would be announced soon.
