I AM completely baffled by a number of things happening on the Grimston roundabout at the moment.
The lanes are changing (again) and for those who use this roundabout on a regular basis, there are going to be more hold-ups than ever, as the amount of accidents is due to increase.
It is with disbelief that I see some ‘planner’ has been paid to construct what is tantamount to a game of “chicken”, with the wellbeing of your vehicle and passengers at considerable peril and the inherent dangers that the new road layout poses.
It is-nigh on impossible for two lanes of heavy traffic to converge on to the Hull Road within 20 metres of each other.
How much is the debacle costing? And the council planners wonder why they get a bad press.
