More than 40 students will take to the stage for Tadcaster Grammar School’s 2014 musical production, Guys and Dolls.
Following his success as Joseph in last year’s production of Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is Jesse Cook, who will take the part of Benny Southstreet. Kelly Bolland, the narrator last year, has been cast as Arvide Abernathy.
Other leading roles go to Rob Fisher (Nathan Detroit), Rhys Evans (Sky Masterson), Jordan Bennett (Nicely-Nicely Johnston), Alice Wright (Adelaide) and Maisie Hayward (Sarah Brown).
Set in 1950s New York, Guys and Dolls follows a host of colourful characters in a humorous and touching story of gamblers and molls.
It will be performed in the main hall from March 26-28 at 7pm. Tickets from Tadcaster Grammar School reception desk cost £6 (adults), £3 (concessions) and £15 (family ticket - 2 adults and 2 children).
