DEVELOPERS have dropped their legal challenge over a North Yorkshire district’s planning blueprint.
Gladman Developments was due to contest the Ryedale Local Plan Strategy – which sets out how the area will be developed up to 2027 – at Manchester High Court on April 11, but Ryedale District Council said this has now been withdrawn.
It means the strategy can now be moved forward as no other challenges have been lodged.
