TB nurses will hold a special session with homeless people in York today to raise awareness of a disease which is becoming more common in Britain.
There are believed to be three million people with undiagnosed TB in the UK.
The New Entrant and TB Nursing Service will hold a TB Awareness Day at Arc Light centre for the homeless in Union Terrace starting at 12.30pm in its cafe where they hope to contact people who have difficulty getting health care.
