RYEDALE Folk Museum wants to inspire children to enjoy the great outdoors with spring themed activities over the Easter holidays.
Families will be able to spot bluebells, catkins, blossom, and birds. There will also be cooking in the Victorian White Cottage and children’s hands-on crafts.
The spring-watch month ends with a celebration on Easter Monday, April 21, when visitors can see spinning, weaving and knitting demonstrations, sample hot cross buns, go on an egg hunt, and mangle print Easter cards.
The Easter holiday activities take place on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 11am to 4pm between Tuesday, April 8 and Thursday, April 17.
