A REWARD has been offered for information about the theft of a burger van.
The van was stolen from a locked compound at a building site in Muston Road, Filey, between March 10 and 18.
It is red, white and blue, with a black end. It measures eight feet by ten feet, and also has a picture of a bulldog and the words Ryedale Food on the side.
A reward of £1,500 has been offered for information which leads to the arrest and charge of the offender.
Police Sergeant Rebecca Lalor, of Scarborough Police, said: “This theft has caused the victim a great deal of inconvenience as this their only source of income. If you saw the burger van being removed from the site or have seen it since the theft, I urge you to contact police straight away.”
