THE developer of Royal Forest estate intends to close Huntington Road for two weeks while it deals with drainage work.
Among other inconveniences this will mean the loss of the Number 5 and 13 bus service. Public transport is vital for many to get to work, school and other amenities.
With no close proximity diversion, nil response from the developer, the council saying it is not an issue for them (who granted planning permission?) and bus drivers not aware of proposed diversion, perhaps someone could advise what is happening to ensure continuation of public transport?
