A YORKSHIRE supermarket has released a list of handy French translations for the Grand Dèèpart weekend.
Asda, which has stores in York and Harrogate and is sponsoring the Tour Makers volunteering initiative, have compiled the list for French visitors.
Angela Smith, from Asda in Harrogate, said: “We’re very proud of our Yorkshire roots and we wanted to celebrate our region’s heritage by making sure visitors understand some of our best-known phrases.”
