York saxophonist Callum Stewart was outside London's famous Abbey Road studios after being talent-spotted in a national music contest.
Callum Stewart, 11, was one of 20 chosen in the national Groove Search contest launched by the London-based Philharmonia Orchestra and BT.
The orchestra recorded Callum's 30 second "groove" at the studios.
Groove Search used the popular MySpace website to search for new musical talent.
Callum hit the headlines in 2005 when he became Britain's youngest busker after getting an official licence from City of York Council.
He was busking to help raise £4,000 for laser surgery to correct his poor eyesight, in a bid to one day become a fighter pilot.
