I NOTICE that after a year City of York Council has finely set in motion the reinstatement of the cycle rack outside Boyes in Goodramgate.

I suppose as these things go that’s fast and efficient work, but I’m thinking it won’t be long before they dig the road up again and put them back in store again for winter.
