FOUR men have been arrested by detectives investigating a robbery in a North Yorkshire town.
The men, who are aged 22, 38, 41 and 47 and are all from Northallerton, were arrested at the weekend on suspicion of robbery in connection with an incident early last Tuesday in Valley Road, near the junction with Central Drive.
A 43-year-old Northallerton man suffered serious injuries, including a fractured skull, and was treated at James Cook Hospital, Middlesbrough, but has now been released.
The four men have all been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
