DAREDEVIL pilots have raised thousands of pounds for three worthy causes.
The Tucano Display Team, based at RAF Linton-on-Ouse, handed over £2,840 each to the RAForce Association, the Royal British Legion and The Jon Egging Trust, which was set up to honour the former Red Arrows pilot following his death in 2011.
Money was raised by collecting donations online and at air shows the team has performed at throughout the year.
The pilots were joined by Sqn Ldr Dick Edwards and Flt Lt Sasha Nash to welcome representatives from the charities to hand over their cheques in front of a Tucano aircraft.
