POOR King Richard III seems doomed to rest for all eternity in Leicester, the city where he was unceremoniously buried by his enemies. But he has not been forgotten here in York, the city that loved him.
Leicester may be reburying Richard in a magnificent new tomb. But in York the Museums Trust is planning to remember Richard in its own way, with an exhibition celebrating his links to the region.
We’re sure the king would have appreciated such loyalty.
