Surprised at exit
I AM a little surprised at the news that James Alexander is stepping down as council leader and pursuing his political ambitions with Labour central office.
It is my belief that parliament is his ultimate goal. A successful adverse vote of confidence would not look at all good on his CV. I await events but not with baited breath.
