A NEW research and consultancy service has been launched for volunteers around North Yorkshire and York.
The service will undertake research, policy development and evaluations across health and social care, education, children and young people’s services, older people’s service, workforce development and rural affairs.
Jon Carling, chief executive of the North Yorkshire and York Forum (NYYF), which runs the service, said: “This is an exciting initiative with the aim of getting as many voluntary organisations as possible to join together as members of the Forum.
They will be part of the BIG VOICE and most importantly make a difference.”
