A GROUP of local artists, producers and craftspeople is launching its first Christmas fair next weekend.
The York Makers Christmas Fair takes place between 12.30pm and 4.30pm on Saturday at Clements Hall in Nunthorpe Road, York.
It will offer the opportunity to browse around 20 individual stalls selling an eclectic range of products including ceramics and silver jewellery, vintage-style dresses, scarves, up-cycled pallets, handmade cushions and vintage finds, contemporary jewellery made from buttons and fabric, recycled and vintage craft materials, stained and fused glass and hand-illustrated greetings cards.
