RECENTLY I had to undergo a procedure at the endoscopy unit at York Hospital.
As I had had the same procedure a few years ago, I attended my appointment with trepidation. However, I feel I must praise all of the staff who were working on the unit on Thursday, November 27.
Their reassurance helped me to cope with the procedure. My grateful thanks to these angels of mercy, we hear of much criticism of the hospital at present and I feel they should receive praise when giving such care and consideration.
