TICKETS are still available for the event to raise cash for “Oscar’s fighting fund” in memory of Oscar Hughes, the young York lad who died of a brain tumour last year.

The event is at Sandburn Hall Golf Club on Sunday and will be compered by Match Of The Day commentator Guy Mowbray.

Among a host of top auction prizes are a Messi boot in a glass case, signed shirts by Brazilian legend Pele, England captain Wayne Rooney, and Manchester United talisman Eric Cantona, plus ten tickets to watch Sunderland host Liverpool in the Premier League.
