A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting a woman during a fight at a social club.
Police were called to the Haxby Working Men’s Club at 10.50pm on Monday to reports alleging a 25-year-old man had punched a 35-year-old woman and injured her face.
Police have released the man on bail as inquiries continue.
