GOOLE Museum is displaying a festive exhibition entitled Christmas Through The Post until Tuesday, January 20.
The exhibition features posters and advertising campaigns from the British Postal Museum and Archive, dating from 1860 to the 1980s.
It explores the practice of sending post at Christmas time and looks at the theme of Victorian Christmas cards, past promotional campaigns such as Post Early for Christmas and the birth of Christmas stamps.
The museum will be closed from noon to 12.30pm.
