1914-1918: Alfred Addison, William Addison, Arthur Batty, Morgan Bowen, Frederick Briggs, William Carr, John H Carbutt, John Fisher, James Harland, David G Joy, George Robinson, Philip P Robinson, C Edwin Shepherd, Richard B Spaven.
1939-1945: John Hope Foster and Arthur Haigh.
