FOR those people who are too ill with ME to travel, to attend conferences, or to take part in any of the other events planned for ME Awareness Week (May 7 to 13), we have two projects for you to get involved with from home.

Our Write ME project gives you the opportunity, whether as an ME sufferer, carer, doctor or researcher, to make the general public aware of what this illness is really like day after day.

You may also like to submit a poem for our Poetry Competition, either about ME or any other chosen subject.

If you would like to write a letter about your experiences, or perhaps even offer an interview or case study, we recommend you start thinking about it now to be in good time. You will find some helpful tips for beginners on our site, www.mefreeforall.org and follow the links for ME Awareness Week 2007.
