IF the people referred to in Saturday's The Press (This jewellery is rubbish and people are being ripped offThe Press, April 7) were breaking the law they should have been charged and brought before a court, not sent packing from the city to carry on their scam elsewhere.
There is no wonder that criminals laugh at so-called law and order in this country.
