I WAS a little disconcerted to see you describe my husband as an "eco-warrior" (Legal warning to eco-warrior, The Press, April 7) as this might imply he is at war or is violent.
He should be described as an eco-lover as his actions are solely because of his love for this planet and the people, animals and plants living on it.
He may be angry about the unnecessary waste that businesses produce, but all of his activities are peaceful and positive.
Eco-warrior' is an overused cliché and is derogatory. I prefer to think of him as a sustainability activist. I hope that businesses will get behind my husband's campaign to encourage the council to provide better facilities to enable them to recycle more.
