ONE form of antisocial behaviour that still needs stamping out is graffiti.
Four months after the Marygate tunnel was cleaned, it is once more daubed with unsightly scribbles.
This stuff is not art. It is ugly and depressing and ruins an otherwise beautiful city. It is time to get tough with those responsible.
If it hasn't already been tried, what about graffiti ASBOs, banning the so-called "artists" from carrying spray cans? After they have been forced to clean up the mess they made, of course.
