IS the Scottish calendar different from the one that the rest of the British Isles uses?
I am referring to the 2007 March Budget. The population of our fair isle is well used to Chancellor Gordon Brown, through sleight of hand, extracting our hard-earned cash throughout middle England, and dishing it out to benefit claimants to create a benefit-dependent culture where Gordon is King.
But I am amazed how everyone seems to have just rolled over and accepted that every Budget change that takes money is in power from the off, but allowances and changes to income tax do not come into force until April 2008.
This beats hen racing, and as soon as the other Scot, Tony Blair, stands down, a General Election should be called for.
