WHY is US society intent on total self-destruction? Why does it ignore the common good?
America can't go on as it is doing; it needs a report on whether it should ban the sale of guns to ordinary members of the public. It should ideally adopt the gun laws we have.
If there are gun-toting lunatics stalking campuses, get rid of them.
The public needs protection from the Cho Seung-huis of this world. Capital punishment may not deter, but what if potential killers can't buy guns in the first place?
It's no coincidence that nations with the lowest murder rates have the strictest gun laws.
