Has the designer of this appalling building forgotten the bars at the windows to make it into a real prison ("An appalling monstrosity", The Press, April 23)?
No sign of the razor wire or broken glass to top out the building, either.
Eric Pearson, the previous and respected planning officer, would never have recommended this for approval.
I hope all the councillors join together to throw it out.
