I see Bill Hodson, director of adult social services at City of York Council, again appears to know everything, but has experience of nothing.
How disgusting to say he realises change could be stressful, but it is the only way to improve services.
Mr Hodson still insists that talking to the clients and asking them what they need is improvement.
He could talk to my brother till he is blue in the face, and unfortunately the replies that he may be lucky enough to get would not make much sense.
Let him try listening to the words "centre, centre" (meaning Yearsley Bridge) over and over again, sometimes for hours at a time, then see what gem of an excuse he comes up with as to why Yearsley Bridge should close.
Also, if I hear Hebden Rise mentioned by either the council or their lackeys once more, I shall scream.
I am against the closure of Yearsley Bridge as a day centre for my brother. Nothing more, nothing less.
