POLICE chiefs from York and North Yorkshire attended a prayer breakfast hosted by city church leaders.
The event at the Spurriergate Centre, York, was attended by more than 50 church leaders, and was arranged by One Voice York.
The main speakers at the breakfast were two of York's senior police officers, Chief Supt Iain Spittal, area commander for York and Selby, and Chief Inspector Barry Smith, of the neighbourhood policing unit in York.
