NORTH Duffield Primary School's footballers have had plenty to cheer.
They are pictured celebrating after winning the Selby Schools Seven-a-Side Football League play offs.
They battled it out against Hambleton and Saxton schools to see who would be crowned champions of champions in Selby.
North Duffield opened with a 3-1 victory over Hambleton thanks to a Toby Meadows treble. His first goal was cancelled out by Hambleton but he got his second and third to complete the win.
Hambleton then beat Saxton, leaving the North Duffield side requiring a point from their last match for overall victory.
They did it in style as they won 2-0 with goals from Marc Hopkins and Steven Allen to lift the trophy.
Duffield teacher Robert Hill said: "I am very proud of this year group.
"They only lost two out of about 25 competitive matches this season and have got their reward."
The victorious North Duffield squad was Thomas Wass, Jake Williams, Toby Meadows, Steven Allen (captain), Lewys Williams, Marc Hopkins, Mathew Carrington, Katie Parker and Sean Gallagher.
