A JOGGER has suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car in Ryedale.
North Yorkshire Police said a black Peugeot 206 was in collision with a male pedestrian on the road between Nunnington and Wombleton, at the junction with Muscoates Lane.
The crash happened at 8.20pm on Wednesday, September 23. A police spokesman said the car driver and passenger were uninjured, but the jogger, a 40-year-old man from Northern Ireland, was seriously injured.
